I have reports from two people who cannot get their messages to me. One goes back to sender marked "blocked", the other is marked "refused to receive this message". I do not have any filter settings on either address. Can you tell me what is going on? Also, how can this be corrected? Thanks Marion Nickey

It will help you if they send the complete message, every word. It may be that your IP address is blocked or there may be a block on your server if a shared server. Once you have the complete messages, I suggest you first contact your email provider to see if they can assist.
