You have installed a version of Thunderbird that was never released to the public. My guess is you use an update service to update your software and that service installed this. I encourage you to ONLY use the thunderbird update service for updates. At this point, I suggest downloading the current release from thunderbird.net and see if it works. If it doesn't, look for a compatibilities.ini file in profile to delete.

The current Thunderbird Releases are Tb 128.0 and Tb 115.13.0

Only Tb 128.0 is listed on https://www.thunderbird.net/download/ for some reason.

Tb 115.13.0 https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/115.13.0/win64/ https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/115.13.0/
