I am a longstanding user of Firefox/Mozilla but today I read that Mozilla is planning to begin a program to search and eliminate "hate speech and disinformation". Who will decide what is 'hate speech' and who will decide what is "disinformation"? This proposal has the potential for horrifying results. The operation of such a campaign most likely will shut down voices we need to hear, even if we find them disagreeable. I try to listen to both sides and having an uncontrolled third party choose what I should and should not hear is the antipathy of freedom. Th people themselves and only themselves, should make such decisions. Please abandon this proposal now.
