Have you tried reinstalling, as the message suggests? If you are on Windows, it may be an addon issue (?) I say that because I am running Win 11 and there is no libcm30.dll anywhere on my PC.

I can give a personal recommendation, but that's unofficial. I use Malwarebytes and the built-in 'free' antivirus of Win 11. The combination has served me well. There is an annual fee for Malwarebytes, although the free version may be able to fix that. The main difference is that the paid-for version runs all the time, while the free version runs only when specified.
