Ideas on how to stop the browser from crashing. I have deleted and downloaded the app, restarted my computer, launched in troubleshoot mode and nothing seems to fix it

Refer to the first article below for how to seek support. You would probably save yourself a lot of time by creating a new profile. You can do that with Firefox closed.
