Firefox already on use .. but I can’t open it

Hi, since yesterday, every time I try to open Firefox browser, it says that is already open and to close it first. I did that many times, also by “ end task” in task manager... I re started the computer ... I also tried to run Mozilla as admin but nothing. I can’t use it anymore. Is it possible is a malware ? There is any “ normal “ way to fix it as a regolar user like me not a guy who does really know well how to tasks and do things with a computer ? Thanks a lot !!

Hi nohorizons, is this on Windows 10?

In the Task Manager, assuming you are in the More details view, click the Details tab. This should show any hidden instances of Firefox. You can sort the processes by name by clicking the Name column heading. Does firefox.exe show up here?
