Some menus and context menus have been cleaned up in Firefox 87 and later and some items have been removed and some other items have been rearranged and renamed.

"Restart With Add-ons Disabled" is now found in the Help menu as "Troubleshoot Mode..." (the three dots mean that an additional window is opened that allows to cancel or proceed).
