That download progress icon on the upper right used to always work and lately it has stopped. I have version 84.0.2 for Ubuntu Linux. I click on it and nothing happens. I like to check the speed to see if maybe I should switch to a different VPN server or not.

Can you try downloading a copy of Firefox to a separate folder and try again? see screenshot
