In my previous e-mail servers there was a possibility to bloch mails with certain words/expressions but I can't find this possibiliity in Thunderbird, how come?

You can create a filter, and have the message be deleted by the filter. Not sure if that's a good idea though. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Filters_(Thunderbird)

In case you're after spam messages use the Thunderbird built-in junk mail controls. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls
