Can you tell me where I go to report a Bug?

Whenever I go into Account Settings > Synchronization and Storage and go to adjust " Delete messages more than ______ days old", each time I adjust the number the message comes up: "This setting will permanently delete old messages from the remote server AND your local storage. Are you sure you want to proceed?"

This message is supposed to come up once when the line is selected but comes up each time I adjust the actual number. It is not supposed to do that.

Personally I think the nag is not a bug.
