Have a problem with the Red X doing nothing
Every time I log into Thunderbird I get: "Error with account bordaab@sbcglobal.net " ......then followed by: "The account bordaab@sbcglobal.net is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages." I click O.K. and all goes well until I try to Exit Thunderbird using the Red X. I have to go to Task Manager to Exit.
This process looks different from what I did in the past to ask a question. How do I look for an answer to this problem?
