Firefox runs on Surface Pro devices will a full version of Windows, but it can't run on Windows RT devices. Which model do you have?

You can download Firefox without a requirements check using a link on the following page. Whether the installer will actually run is another question...

It looks like you have Windows RT which is essentially an edition of Windows 8.x built for the 32-bit ARM architecture. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_RT

The 32-bit or 64-bit Firefox for Windows from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ will not work on this OS or this type of CPU (ARMv7).
