Since upgrading the program i am encountering multiple problem - "server timed out"

Getting "server timed out" warnings. not happened before having read a message its stays highlighted and takes several selects to go to UN-highlighted When selecting fonts used before, such as Times New Roman it indicates not installed but works. Often takes the program several attempts to save email after sending.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it also occurs on a separate computer running windows 10
