This is because you have Windows XP you will get served 43.0.1 on mozilla.org as 43.0.2 and newer Firefox setups for Windows are signed now. You can then update to current Release from 43.0.1.

If you have WinXP SP3 and not SP2 then you can pick your language and download Firefox 45.0 from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/45.0/win32/

Mozilla choose to serve a working version (43.0.1) that users can update from instead of a version many users cannot install like say WinXP SP2 users.
