FireFTP how do I delete a file that gives error message No Such File? It is visible but not able to be edited or deleted

more options

We have saved a folder in FireFTP set up for my office staff. We can all see the folder, yet we can not add anything to it OR edit it. We keep getting an error message that there is no such folder. We'd like to just delete it. Right now there are no contents within it. How do we get past the "no such file" error?

See the FirefFTP help page: http://fireftp.net/help.html

Beyond that, unless another FireFTP user stumbles across this thread and can help you, I don't know what to recommend. I have never used that extension and every extension developer is expected to support their add-on in some manner.

Both sides of the FireFTP display have a refresh button. Could you use those to make sure you have a fresh view of the lists on both sides? If the problem continues, I don't know, maybe you don't have privileges to delete the folder?
