Several Mozilla Firefox ad-ons were downloaded. None of these function with the Mozilla Firefox. A message states that additional software might be necessary.

Hi

Without knowing which add-ons you mean, it is difficult to say, but yes I do believe that there are some that are work with additional web services you access on your Android device.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into this in more depth for you.

By Addons do you mean Extensions, Themes (complete and image), or Plugins like Flash player.

Extensions listed at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ are for desktop Firefox on Windows, Mac OSX 10.6+, and Linux.

Extensions listed at https://addons.mozilla.org/android/ are for mobile Firefox for Android.
