When composing an email reply the format no longer contains a send button - there is no way to send it?

For some reason email reply format changed - I lost my address side bar and the Send button. I have since restored the side bar (F9 ) but cannot send an email - neither reply/forward or write - the send button has disappeared??

Open a Write window. Press the universal key to show hidden menu bars. Either the alt key or F10. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on. Send is on the Composition toolbar.
