There may be an issue with the Firefox plugin checker.<br> Please do the following: #Close Firefox #Open the application data folder and locate the Firefox data #Locate and open your profile from the folder #Rename the <code>pluginreg.data</code> file #Open Firefox Does this fix the issue? If not, you can restore the old <code>pluginreg.dat</code> file by deleting the newly created file and renaming the old file back to <code>pluginreg.dat</code>
