I cannot see download progress in Firefox 20.0.1 I click the arrow to see progress and nothing happens. What's wrong?

Sometimes the download is already done. You can also visit about:downloads where you can see your full list of downloads or click "Show All Download" under the arrow.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

• Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.
