My autocomplete works when I first access firefox then it stops working and I must quit firefox and reload it. Why?
When I first load Firefox, the autocomplete feature works, but after I use it on a few websites, it stops working and I must exit Firefox and reload it to get it to work again. I am using a Macbook Pro running Leopard.

Please try starting Firefox up in Safe Mode, and see if it works there. You can also read Form autocomplete entries are not saved, which may help you answer your problem.
On a related note, you are running an out of date version of Firefox, so I would make sure you update to Firefox 11 to get security, stability, new features and major performance updates. Firefox 3.6 will be dropped from support in just over a month. You can read Updating Firefox for more information.
