When I hover over the Firefox icon on the taskbar, it only shows a listing of existing windows instead of showing the window thumbnails. How do I get the thumbnails back?

When I hover over the Firefox Icon on the Windows 7 taskbar, it shows a list of open windows. It use to show a thumbnail (preview) of open windows. How do I get the thumbnail option back?
