Customize:add new tool bar fails to add Tool Bar to View:Tool Bars.
On the Mac with Lion and latest version of Firefox. Bookmark bar is filed and I am attempting to add a new tool bar to use with a specific set of bookmarks.
After adding a new tool bar from the Customize menu, I can find no indication that anything has happened.
How do I add a new tool bar to the 4 tool bars listed in View tool bars, and displayed?

I have the answer. I had failed to add to the new toolbar before closing the customize window. Without this step the toolbar is not created.
