ASk.com has been hijacking my home page on Firefox not on internet explorer.. Please help or I may have to stop using Firefox..thanks
I tried going into about:config and cleanup references to Ask.com. But it still keeps popping up as default search engine. I want my own home page not any search engines.
Thanks

You can open the about:config page via the location bar and do a search for ask.com via the Filter at the top of the about:config page.
You can reset all ask.com related prefs via the right-click context menu to their default values.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.
You can use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a pref more easily.
