Use Internet Explorer to download Firefox 4.0.1 from this link: Download Firefox 4.0.1 and choose "Save" when you see the prompt. Then save it to your desktop. Do not choose "Run".

After the file downloads, double click it to install. Choose "Allow" when you see the UAC warning.
