I can not log on to www.bankofthewest.com please fix this.

Server not found 

         Firefox can't find the server at www.bankofthewest.com.
       
 Check the address for typing errors such as
   ww.example.com instead of
   www.example.com
 If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
   connection.
 If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
   that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

See if you can get to other websites using Firefox. Google is the obvious choice.

If you are able to, try using another browser to get to the website. If you can't get to the website, it probably indicates it is not a Firefox issue. If you can get to the website, it may be a Firefox issue - check here for further suggestions.

It has been a week and I can not log on. I am sure that the bank will not allow their site to be down for a week. See if you can access their web site.
