How to delete a toolbar?
Created a toolbar by Add New Toolbar button. Thing shows after every effing start, despite i hide it always. How do I delete it and NOT completely erase my icon arrangement?

Empty that toolbar while in the Customize mode, including all spaces.
Such a simple solution..and it worked. duh! Thanks, the-ed.
