Hi there. I can definitely understand how frustrating this must be. You've got a couple things going on right now but let's address the most immediate issue, getting you out of troubleshooting mode.

You should be able to turn off troubleshooting mode by going to the menu > Help > Turn Troubleshooting mode off. Also, using command + Q should quit Firefox entirely and when you restart it, it will be in normal mode.

Get back to me and let me know if that resolved the issue and we can talk more about Google keep afterwards.
