Can no longer access my Billpay due to message saying Outdated browser
I am on Mac Mojave 10.14.6 using Firefox 115.36 Oesr on esr update channel for many years. Unable to access Billpay due to message saying outdated browser yet Firefox says Firefox is up to date on the drop down box for Firefox. Up until tonight I had the ability to select option of "Continue with outdated browser" but did not have that option today. Should I contact Billpay as well as you?

Firefox 116.0 and later including Fx 151.0 release and Fx 140.11.0esr requires macOS 10.15 or later to run.
Mozilla is still providing updates to the old Firefox 115 ESR channel so Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 OS users can still have a secure web browser to use for a while still. The Firefox 115 ESR is based on the old Firefox 115 Release but with security/stability fixes since.
You can try to change your Firefox version number to fool the Billpay site.
- In a new tab, type or paste about:config (with a colon) in the location (address) bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
- In the search box in the page, type or paste forceVersion and pause while the list is filtered
- Double-click the network.http.useragent.forceVersion preference to display an editing field, and change the value to 128 or 140 then press Enter/Return or click the blue check mark button to save the change.
