Website exceptions for build-in VPN are not applying to installed extensions
I have floccus extension installed to sync my bookmarks to my WebDAV server located in private network. The floccus bookmark sync is successful when the build-in VPN is turned off, but it reported NetworkError when the build-in VPN is turned on.
