I want Facebook to stop tracking me
Whenever I search something on Firefox on iPhone it immediately appears in Facebook advertising. I thought Firefox was supposed to prevent Facebook tracking? I want this to stop.

For desktop, Facebook Container is a Firefox add-on that helps you set boundaries with Facebook and other Meta websites. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/facebook-container-prevent-facebook-tracking
You can try to search Facebook Container in your Firefox for iOS version. It should be in the extension menu.
Otherwise, you can always use private browsing.

If you open System Settings for the actual Firefox app, you'd also be able to set how tracking across surfaces is handled between apps by the system.
