Hi, First, please check whether your profile data is available physically on your PC. Open your profile folder as described [[Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data|here]] and go one directory above. Are there your old profile directories? Do they contain any actual data? Also, what exactly do you mean by "erased"? Are your old profiles displayed on ''about:profiles''? Can you open them?
