I am told to go to achive.org to change compromised passwords

My Teams will not open on my pc laptop. It's tiny icon only flashes, I tried to sign in to microsoft and to the old skype but am told my passwords were compromised in 2024 and am sent to archive.org to change. I do not understand this archive site or what I am to do. Are their any interpreters for those who can't find direction? Thanks so much

I apologize. I did not understand why I was sent to this site when I tapped help. I still do not but this is not the place to ask. I appreciate your patience and am sorry to have taken your time/
