I am not able to bring up videos. This has just occurred and don't know why. Please advise.

What happens when you try to view videos in Firefox? Is there any error message?

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox?

Nothing happens. The video screen is black with a swirling circle.

What are add ons? Where do I find them? How does that affect the video screen?
