Nespresso.com/descaling cannot get the whole page using firefox

Using firefox, cannot bring up the rest of the page after clicking my machine: inissia. Using Chrome and IE it brings up the instructions for descaling, etc as a video. Is firefox blocking adobe flash? I usually get a message when this happens. The site is nespresso.com/descaling which brings up the help page for nespresso. thanks for your help.

Many thanks Pkshadow. You reminded me to update flash player and to update firefox. Went to nespresso.com/descaling in firefox and when clicking my coffee machine saw the youtube link at the bottom left of screen, which I opened in a new window and got what I was looking for. Since it worked I will not uninstall firefox, etc. at this time unless I start to have other problems. Firefox has been my browser of choice for many years(back to netscape) but, that is a lot of work to get one problem to work, especially, since there were no problems with Chrome or IE. Have never used disk cleanup but per your suggestion will look into this. However I still have a whole lot of space available on my drive. Again thanks for your suggestions.

Welcome. The uninstall/reinstall is 7mins so actually a lot better than a Refresh then have to re-customize everything and put add-ons back as my way leaves it all in place. It just replaces the main code folders. If you had problems still after this then would have worked on your Profile and start in Safe Mode.

So ya, Do use Disk Cleanup.

Hi, no problems with the page in Private Browsing here. No, would not be blocking Flash as that is under your Control. Also doubt site is running Flash, but is using HTML5.

As to Flash could you please update your version 28 Flash Player Version: 29.0.0.113 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Please try this : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0 with a Full Version Installer

Pkshadow, thanks for your suggestion to pin disk cleanup to my desktop. Had completely forgotten about disk cleanup since using win 8.1. Used it. Thanks.

P.S. Still have not figured out on how to use safe mode in win 8.1. So far, fortunately, have not had to use it yet.
