profiles disappearing on updates
Hi! I love Firefox, but on updates when my account signs out. I also lose all my Firefox profiles. Even when I sign in again, and sync everything on my Firefox account, I lose my primary and secondary profiles. Whilst it restores my bookmarks and extensions on my account. I lose my bookmarks etc. on my secondary profile.
I'm using FF on both Windows 11 and android, but this problem only effects Windows 11.

Hi
Locate your "lost" profile
Your data is still on your hard drive; Firefox just isn't "pointing" to it.
Type about:profiles in your address bar.
This page lists all profiles Firefox knows about.
Look for profile that are not currently in use. You can click Launch profile in new browser to see if your bookmarks and extensions are there.
If you find the right one, click Set as default profile.

Hey there - could you explain in a little more detail what's happening on your machine when you lose your profile data? When you say you lose your profile data when your account signs out, do you mean you're signing out of Sync when you close the browser? Or are you losing data when you sign out of your computer?
