New Folder does not show under Bookmarks Star. Under Manage bookmarks history it show

After creating yesterday a new Folder, today is not in the Bookmarks under the Star. Under three bars, Bookmarks, Manage bookmarks it shows there the web pages I put there yesterday. What is going on?
