G morning. Bookmarks lost and impossible to restore or even to create new one. Tried your suggestions to fix it but impossible. I restarted program and PC a few times, no change.

I downloaded a new version of Firefox but same problem and same error message about the bookmarks not available (and impossible to create / add new one). Import old bookmarks impossible, folder not available on desktop. 

Do I have to take a new browser after 20 years of happiness with Firefox ? Thank you
