Hi there, My laptop undertook an update for Firefox and I have just discovered that all of my bookmarks have disappeared and I cannot find anyway to restore these. My laptop cannot access any profile, I have followed advice in other posts, but I cannot find access to this data. I have lost all my Masters Degree bookmarks and my BSc, which I need access to asap to continue. Can you please advise on how I can get these back? I have checked my mobile Firefox and it still has access to these bookmarks but there is no way for me to export these files out of my mobile. I am worried about undertaking a sync (although it says it has) in case it deletes all of these bookmarks. Your help is greatly appreciated.
