Do I have to be logged into an account to use profiles? I'm on my work computer on which I don't log into my account and "Profiles" option does not show up on my toolbar.

Hi,
If you're referring to the new profile management feature, it's being rolled out gradually. However, even if you don't see it yet, you can still create and manage profiles using the original Profile Manager (about:profiles). See Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles for details.
