amub2c.b2clogin koops instead of going to site
On Sunday October 5, 2025 I began experiencing an issue with gocomics.com. I thought it was a temporary one that would resolve itself. Monday morning it was still happening. I contacted GC thinking the issue was on their end. They were unable to replicate it. They asked me to try to go to the site using the private window on FF. I was able to access it just fine. Therefore, we know it is not GC. I was also able to get to their page on Chrome.
I tried again on Tuesday. Same issues. I had already read on some forums where others were getting the same loop that I am: https://amub2c.b2clogin.com/amub2c.onmicrosoft.com/B2C_1A_GC_SIGNINSIGNOUT_POLICIES/oauth2/v2.0/logout?post_logout_redirect_uri=https://www.gocomics.com
It was suggested to try refreshing FF. I did that. Didn’t work. Gave up again for the day.
This morning, I tried uninstalling FF. Didn’t work. What else is there left for me to try?

Hi
Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox?
Not that I know of. I am a bare-bones Luddite. Firefox and Micro-soft are both set to update automatically. So theoretically, they could have done something like that.
Last night I started getting a new message. Now instead of the loop a page appears that is empty except for this statement:
"The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."
That is followed by a button that says, "Try Again."
I tried decreasing my protections from custom to standard. It didn't work. Of course, if that was the issue it should have been a problem from the very beginning. As stated earlier, I hadn't changed anything of my end. Back when this started I had already been on the site that day with no issues. I had gotten tied up working on a project and the window with GoComics was up the whole time. The trouble started when I tried to open the next link there.
For that new message, try deleting cookies for the two sites involved (gocomics and the other one). The easiest way is:
Settings page > Privacy & Security panel > Scroll down to the Cookies and site data section
Click "Manage Data" and here you can selective remove cookies on a per-site basis.
Any improvement?
(As a footnote, private windows do not use your cookies from regular windows, so that test is along the same lines.)
Oy vey. I had typed a message stating that it had worked and I was wondering why deleting the cookies this time worked when it didn't in the past. Before, I just targeted any that were GC related. This time I just went ahead and wiped them all. I made comment about spending the next few hours getting all of accounts back. I hit "Post Reply"... And was immediately told I didn't have permission since of course one of the cookies was for this page. Lol Yep. Fun times ahead. Thank you all for your help.
