On all sites a stripe appeared on the text, as if I could type on it, but I can't type. It also blinks, for example, like in the search field.

Maybe it is "caret browsing." Try turning it off using one of these methods:
- tap the F7 function key
- Settings page > General panel > un-check the box for "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" (Всегда использовать клавиши курсора для навигации по страницам)
