how do I create additional folders? Unable to find way.
Iam unable to find how/where to create additional folders. With desktop version I have created a number of folders. I like organize and segregate my emails into various groups. Especially the ones I choose to preserve rather than delete.

You must use your mail provider's web interface to create folders.
