Syncing Firefox issues
Hello, I am transferring to a new device but my device is not syncing and just loading even when I tried to close and open Firefox. I've tried to also log this in via support but to no avail. Appreciate any help on this. Thank you!

FYI. Syncing will no backup your data, profile or login should the main computer stop working or connecting. If you want to insure they are saved you need to do a Firefox FAQ backup instructions to insure you can copy the data back. Sync to work both system must be logged in and idle while connect for sync to work.
