Somehow my menu bar for my Thunderbird email has disappeared. Without a menu bar I am unable to forward, reply or send emails. How do i get the menu bar back? Many thanks, Henry McBurney

- click 'new message' - if menu bar isn't showing, click Alt key or F10 - click view>toolbars and tick composition toolbar
