messagerie Thunderbird
Bonjour, je ne reçoit plus mes mails avec thunderbird pour mon adresse bbox depuis le 13/01. Dans les paramètres du compte, paramètres, serveur, imap.bbox.fr, le port entrant est 143 et le smtp.bbox.fr, le port est 25, est ce bon? Dans l'icône thunderbird de la barre en bas de l'écran, il est indiqué que j'ai reçu 40 mail ? Je les reçoit par contre sur ma messagerie dans l'espace client bouygues. avez vous idée d'où peut venir mon problème, merci. Gilles

Hi, I haven't been receiving mail with thunderbird for my bbox address since 13/01. in the account settings, settings, server, imap.bbox.fr, the incoming port is 143 and smtp.bbox.fr, the port is 25, is this correct? In the thunderbird icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen, it says that I've received 40 emails... I receive them on my mailbox in the bouygues customer area. do you have any idea where my problem might be coming from, thanks. Gilles
The recommended settings are: imap.bbox.fr, 993, SSL/TLS, normal password, email address; smtp.bbox.fr, 465, SSL/TLS, normal password, email address
