issue in extension add on
No extension is being added in the mozilla browser. It just gets stuck at the download step, and processing keeps happening at the same point. Can you guide me on what the issue might be and how i can resolve this issue? Or is this browser just bad, and I should switch to another one?

That is a Addon developer issue and most likey out dated Addon. Your to contact the Addon developer to update or support their Addon.
Reboot the computer into Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
Can you download the XPI file by right-clicking the blue "Add" button and click "Save Link As" and install the extension locally via the about:addons page (Ctrl+Shift+A) and click the gear icon? ?
