The extension ZoneAlarm Web Secure is preventing safe downloads from web sites. I do not want this program in my version of Firefox. version of Firefox. There is no way I have found to remove this program. Please advise me how to do so.

You need to contact ZoneAlarm support for this issue if your trying to remove it.

The Firefox web browser does not with any ZoneAlarm extensions as it was likely installed by ZoneAlarm software you have installed on your Windows 10.
