TD Easyweb keeps prompting to manage online experience
I use TD Easyweb to access my bank information. No matter what changes I make to Firefox settings nearly every page prompts me to 'Manage online experience' and if I go to manage the 'experience' Performance and Targetting are on. I always set them to off but the prompt keeps coming back. I used the same page with Chrome and Edge. Chrome didn't prompt at all. Edge prompted but then seemed to remember my response. This suggests that the issue is with Friefox

It would be helpful if we could see these prompts. Just block any personal info. Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?
What OS? What version of Firefox?

FFox 13.0.1 64-bit. Image attached.
Strange! I started FF in troubelshoot mode and was prompted again. However, having switched the things off once again the next screen didn't have the prompt. Restarted FF in normal mode and still no prompt. It's as if in one of the extensions/add-ons was stopping the saving of the cookie. Not sure which and it only seems to happen with TD.
And the problem has returned. So starting in troubleshoot mode appears to be a way of getting rid of it but too much trouble if it keeps coming back.
Hey David, we identified some cookie issues which caused bank's Bill Pay pages not to load. This affected a few banks like Bank of America, PNC Bank and TD Bank. The last one which you use. I think if we change your Tracking Protection level to Standard it will stop causing this issue. I believe that is what Troubleshooting mode is doing. Or it is disabling all your addons and that also fixes the problem.
Change Tracking Protection mode to Standard: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop#w_adjust-your-global-enhanced-tracking-protection-settings
Please let us know if that fixed TD Easyweb. If not, you might want to disable your addons next and retry your site to see if that removes the "Manage Preferences" prompt.
To disable addons: Disable or remove Add-ons
Changing the Tracking Level Protection didn't fix it. I have a number of add-ons and so I will have to run several checks to see if one of them is causing the issue. I'll get back when I've had a chance to run the checks.
I tracked it down to DuckDuckGo Security. There doesn't seem to be any way to tell DDG that cooikies from a specific site are OK so without that functionality my problem persists. Now running without DDG
