Only Firefox with a Windows user agent seems to be affected. It works for me with a MAC user agent and with a Linux user agent.

You can use a User-Agent Switcher extension and set the user agent to Chrome or Edge on Windows 11.

TEMP fix but works-download the following extension. User-Agent Switcher by Erin Schlarb Set the default to windows/chrome 123 Recaptcha all work normally now. Looks like firefox is getting blocked somehow.

This happened right after the FireFox update. I can get in using Chrome. This is a disappointment. I am a FireFox addict. I do not use other browsers and get the hives when forced to. PLEASE HELP AND FIX THIS`

Mozilla has contacted Google about this problem. Google typically updates the reCAPTCHA script about once every week or two (the last update for the English version was overnight Sunday-Monday), so I don't know how soon it will get fixed.

In the meantime, you can use an add-on to lie to sites about what browser you are running. As cor-el noted, you don't have to have Firefox say you are running Chrome, you can say you have Firefox for Mac or Firefox for Linux. Not sure if that feels better. It's all a giant PITA.

The fairly recent Firefox update was a coincidence. This is a issue that Google needs to fix. This also appears for some reason only affect Firefox users with Windows usersagents but not those using Linux and macOS Firefox useragents.

Btw Firefox 125.0.3 was released on April 29, 2024, this recaptcha issue only started occurring in the last day.

It appears that Google has fixed this issue for Windows Firefox users. Ypu can change Firefox useragent back to the default if you did the temporary workaround by changing it with a useragant extension or by preference in about:config
