create a new tab
I have updated to the latest version of Firefox browser this time. Whenever I create a new tab, the page will prompt me with a failure to load content and hope me to try refreshing to resolve it, but it does not work

That new tab page doesn't load for me here in California, so I can't test much.

Looks like bug 1878281. It should be fixed in the next dot release.
